Eligibility Requirements
Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact. Intimate apparel (lingerie, swimwear) and accessories (earrings) are non-refundable for hygiene reasons unless defective.

Non-Quality Issues (e.g., change of mind, wrong size ordered)
Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. The original shipping fee will not be refunded. We recommend checking our size guide before ordering.

Quality Issues (e.g., manufacturing defects, fabric flaws, incorrect item shipped)
Please provide photos within 7 days of delivery to contact@oriventa-trade.top. We will cover return shipping and issue a full refund or replacement.
